Please join us for the first session in our "IT Procurement Series: Fundamentals of IT Sourcing".
In the two-hour training session, we will introduce participants to the fundamentals of IT procurement, focusing on key concepts, stakeholders, and the unique aspects of sourcing technology products and services. The session will be designed to cater to both new sourcing professionals and experienced individuals looking to transition into technology sourcing. Through a mix of lectures, exercises, and group discussions, participants will develop a clear understanding of the IT procurement lifecycle and how it connects to general procurement practices.
