Brooks has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry focused on ERP, Supply Chain and Source to Pay, and is passionate about finding real solutions to the most complex problems.  Having worked with hundreds of different companies during his career has provided Brooks a unique perspective into best-in-class processes and technology and how those can best be implemented in the most efficient and effective ways. 

Brooks lives in Georgetown, TX with his wife Jami and their three kiddos, and enjoys music, fishing, boating and spending time with his family."

Micah Garrison, a native Texan served in the US Army as an Infantry Squad Leader from 1999-2005. During his service in Germany, Kosovo, Iraq, and the United States, he was awarded several accolades for his service, including two Purple Heart Medals and two Bronze Star Medals, one with Valor device.

Upon completion of his service, he worked offshore as a field specialist for Schlumberger, in the US Gulf of Mexico and abroad.  Following this assignment, he relocated with his family to Houston, launching the Drill stem Testing and Tubing-Conveyed Perforating product lines for Weatherford, and serving in Business Development and Operations Management capacities.

He was hired by Talisman Energy in 2012 in Supply Chain Management and relocated to Madrid after the acquisition by Repsol, where he led global SCM efforts for Drilling and Completions.  He returned stateside as VP SCM of Repsol USA and managed W. Hemisphere Exploration groups.

After a brief tenure starting a SCM unit for Venture Global LNG, in 2022 Micah moved to Patterson-UTI Energy as VP SCM and head of Supply Chain.

Micah holds a B.S. in Space Sciences, an MBA, and is currently studying at the University of Houston in the Doctor of Business Administration program.

Michael has over 30 years of experience across a variety of roles in both industry and management consulting.  He has focused on Procurement/ Supply Chain for many years and has led projects ranging from large scale transformation programs to shorter term strategy projects.  Michael joined KPMG sixteen years ago and serves as Energy Industry Lead for the practice.  He speaks and publishes on the future of procurement and the use of technology to improve the function.

Michael received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Michael lives in Houston with his wife Lea Aden and has three sons who are “grown and flown”.  He is a member of First Presbyterian Church and serves on the Board of The Children’s Museum of Houston.
