Jim Fleming, CPSM, CPSD, is a manager of product development and innovation, as well as a senior instructor at the Institute for Supply Management.
His multifaced role includes, leading development of education and training courses, individual and organizational assessments and corresponding capability models for an AI-based solution, instructing classes and more as a dedicated subject matter expert. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management® (CPSM®), a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity® (CPSD®). Prior to ISM, he spent more than 30 years working for Intel Corporation, primarily in supply chain management roles. He retired from Intel in 2014 and pursued his passion for education by joining ISM. Fleming received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Montana State University and several executive education certificates from Columbia University.Description
