Andy is a Senior Managing Director in KPMG’s Trade & Customs practice with 30 years of experience guiding companies using his legal, customs brokerage and supply chain background. Andy has assisted companies to prepare and respond to changes in trade policy -USMCA, 301, 232, UFLPA and ADD/CVD orders - as well as the fundamental customs operations involving valuation, classification, and country of origin. He has managed compliance assessments, customs duty refund projects managed services and responding to CBP inquiries. Andy has helped to establish processes and controls to integrate the customs function with streamlined processes that elevate the value delivered by a customs team.

Michael is a Manager in KPMG’s Trade & Customs practice with extensive import and export trade compliance experience, including managing multiple-origin determination and supplier outreach engagements for multi-national clients. Michael helps companies and governments deal with today’s trade and geopolitical challenges by joining the dots between the macro trends and regulatory challenges in different sectors through strategic scenario planning, due diligence, and compliance assessment.
