Ms. Donna Fujimoto Cole founded Cole Chemical & Distributing, Inc., in 1980 after working the in chemical industry for 4 years at the request of her customers. She is the daughter of George K. Fujimoto a 442nd Service Company veteran of WWII and Mary Masunaga Fujimoto.
Ms. Cole has started, sold, invested and divested many types of businesses; from civil construction, to drilling loss circulation materials, chemical manufacturing, real estate, promotional advertising, distribution, warehousing, blending and packaging, to provide financing alternatives, back-office support and IT integration with supply chain management services.
In 2022, Ms. Cole sold a 40 percent interest in Cole Chemical to Berryman Smith, LLC., to provide additional products and toll manufacturing services with 500+ tank cars and 7 terminals with warehouses nationally.
Donna Cole has been on many boards: Japan America Society U.S.-Japan Council, Center for Asian Pacific American Women, Houston Forensic Science, Houston Minority Business Council, Women Business Enterprise Alliance, several Advisory boards The Women’s Home, National Veterans Network and a trustee for Amos Tuck School of Business, The Rockwell Fund, National Veterans Network and the City of Houston’s Asian Advisory Board, and . She served on President George H Bush’s export council.
Autumn 2021 Ms. Cole received the Japanese Imperial Decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays for her contribution to promote regional exchange and mutual understanding between Japan and the United States.
She has participated in the following leadership programs: APAWLI , Jewish American Committee Asian Delegation to Israel, U.S.-Japan Council’s Japanese American Leadership delegation to Japan, and The American Leadership Forum.
Her philanthropy includes business, mentoring, education, health care, stem, and anti-hate.
Donna’s latest interest is telling stories about strong women and supportive men to inspire and motive millions of women to take care of themselves, their families and improve their communities through Film, Plays and Musicals.
Ms. Cole attended University of Texas - Pan American and graduated from Manpower Business Training Institute in Computer Operations and Programming in1972.
She is a golfer, loves to grow herbs, a great home cook and shares with friends and travels.
Lisa Haley is Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy at Net Power (NYSE: NPWR). Net Power transforms natural gas into clean energy through a patented oxy-combustion process. She is responsible for leading the development of the company’s strategic relationships for equipment, materials and services for the company’s first utility scale plant and global standard product.
Previously, Lisa held Global Supply Chain leadership roles at Chicago Bridge & Iron and Fluor, after beginning her career in Sales and Operations at Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Lisa serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the Institute for Supply Management-Houston. She previously completed a term as Vice Chair of the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council.
Lisa received BS and MSIA/MBA degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and completed the Thunderbird Executive Program. She and her husband reside in Sienna, TX
Jen is the Chief Procurement Officer for LyondellBasell and is based at the US headquarters office in Houston, Texas. She is responsible for the procurement of LyondellBasell’s requirements which includes but is not limited to Technical Materials and Services, Raw Materials, Corporate and IT Services and Industrial Gases. She is responsible for setting the contracting strategy for materials acquisition, leading the Sustainable Procurement initiative for Scope 3 emissions and developing a global operating model for best cost country procurement. Her scope also utilizes digital and IT tools for greater purchasing visibility and predictability. Jen is also the current President for Together for Sustainability, an organization of over 50 petrochemical companies that working together to create more sustainable supply chains for a greener planet.
Jen started out as a Chemist within R&D working on both catalyst design and product development. She was awarded 9 patents within her R&D tenure. She moved to Houston in 2003 where she has held various roles within the company within Business, Sales, Feedstocks and Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2015 she moved to Rotterdam to complete an expat assignment where she worked to globalize the Lead to Cash team within Supply Chain. She holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry and an MBA in Finance.

member and customer engagement, market development and growth. A creative and resourceful
visionary, she has a knack for generating new revenue and identifying centers of profitability. She boasts a stellar track record in enhancing performance for Fortune 100 companies as well as progressive start-up ventures.
Prior to joining ISM, Susan held senior leader roles at WorldatWork, Inter-Tel (now Mitel), Voice Access Technologies, OmniSky, and AT&T Wireless. In her most recent position at WorldatWork, she led the product management organization, marketing, brand management, social media, market intelligence, business, development, IT, customer service, strategic alliances, and event management teams.
Susan also created the product management organization within WorldatWork, enabling it to expand its portfolio and increase brand awareness across the globe. In addition, Susan has operated a successful consulting practice, specializing in new product development, product management process, go-to-market, and business alliance strategies. She actively serves in several charities across the Arizona valley.
