Antonio Goncalves is a Brazilian-born AI expert and the CEO of Procuro, an AI-power platform that automates contract management and transforms supplier management. Drawing on his strategic sourcing experience at Microsoft, where he led multimillion-dollar-negotiations, Antonio founded Procuro to help businesses unlock greater value from their contracts with advanced AI agents.
Dan Hamel, CPA, PHR SHRM-CP
Dan Hamel is the Human Resources Director at Metal-Fab Inc., an Olympic Steel Company where he leads the human resources team and serves on the management team. Prior to his human resources role at Metal-Fab he was the Accounting Manager at Metal-Fab. Dan began his career with the Peterson, Peterson & Goss CPA firm. Dan received his accounting degree from Fort Hays State University, and has CPA, PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
Lindsey Lankford

Mona Martin SPHR SHRM-SCP
Mona Martin is the Corporate Director of Human Resources for HM Dunn Aerosystems Inc., an aerospace and defense manufacturing company. She is an adjunct professor for Butler Community College and is highly sought after speaker on a variety of human resource topics.
Dr. Salvatore R. Mercogliano is an associate professor and chair of the Department of History Criminal Justice and Political Science at Campbell University and an adjunct professor at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. A former merchant mariner, he holds a B.S. in Marine Transportation from SUNY Maritime, an M.A. Maritime History from East Carolina University, and a Ph.D. in Military and naval history from the University of Alabama.
Patrick L. Salmans, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Patrick Salmans is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of experience driving organizational success through strategic human resource management. Currently the Director of Human Resources at Star Lumber and Supply, Patrick oversees HR functions for over 450 employees, focusing on corporate culture, compliance, and workforce planning.
Shayla Stahl serves as Director of People Operations at Hutton, bringing over 10 years of experience in human resources to her role. With the focus on fostering organizational growth, developing people-centric initiatives and enhancing workplace culture she plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at the company.
Mark Taylor SPHR SHRM-SCP is an accomplished human resource leader and the current Vice President of Human Resources at Rainbows United Inc. With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership, Mark has consistently driven strategic initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, talent development, and organizational growth across various industries, including banking, law, and healthcare.
