Newrest is the largest catering company serving the airline industry in the world. From their origins in 1996, they are now operating in 54 countries across the globe. The Salt Lake location caters to over 250 flights per day including domestic, Lang-haul and international flights and produces over 6,000 meals per day for in-flight and airport lounges. Please note that this is longer than our normally offered tours and allow two hours in your schedule. Because of the noise and activity level in the production area we will have two groups of 12. The first group will begin at 11:00 AM and the second will begin at 11:30. After you register for the event, please email me (Dan) with your preferred start time if you have one, otherwise, I will email you with an assigned start time.  Wear clothes that can get dirty, closed-toed non-skid shoes, no dresses, or skirts. We will have to put on PPE for the tour.
