ISM-Rochester Membership Meeting: OEE for Operator Paced Manufacturing

Join us for our April Membership Meeting featuring Lisa Scolnick who is Co-founder of Lean Systems LLC

The presentation topic will be on OEE for Operator Paced Manufacturing. OEE measures manufacturing performance by categorizing all production time, giving valuable insights for improving productivity. It's traditionally used to track machines, but it’s also a powerful tool for improving assembly operations. OEE reveals the hidden factory by quantifying production losses, showing exactly why targets are missed and enabling the team to pinpoint the most effective corrective actions.
