Description

Presentation Overview:

Is your business challenged with tariffs as a result of global trade wars?

Do you need to deliver record cost savings in 2025 to offset tariff, slowing demand, or cost challenges?

Do you have sound negotiation strategies in-place with your suppliers and customers to manage this risk?

Are you working to de-risk your supply chain through reshoring, localization, or dual sourcing efforts?

Do you have best-in-class supplier relationship management and supplier performance management processes in-place to optimize your performance?

At our April 24h meeting, these topics and more will be covered by two local Minnesota sourcing and supply chain leaders.  VT Rajeshnath (Pentair) and Alan Harrah (Daikin Applied Americas) will share their insight into how these issues have been challenging their organizations and will provide practical strategies they have been implementing on their journeys to a RESILIENT SUPPLY CHAIN.

Here is an outline of what VT and Alan will be covering:

           Company overview

Why supply chain transformation was critical for both companies

Key actions taken, progress, and results thus far

Tariff risk impact and key countermeasures in process

Criticality of supplier relationships and knowing your leverage

Transforming your supply chain footprint to de-risk

Key supply chain strategies for the next 1-3 years

Many companies are undergoing major supply chain transformations and working to mitigate tariff risk.  If you are interested in learning more about these topics to get some very practical advice, you will not want to miss this event!
