ISM World 2025 FAQ’s 

Registration

How do I register for the conference? You may register online for ISM World 2025. See registration options. 

What is included in the registration fee? Event registration to the in-person conference, some meals (breakfast, lunch and heavy hors d’oeuvres and adult or non-alcoholic beverages at receptions), access to group rates at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort (while supplies last.) Registrants who purchase the All-Access Pass also will have 90-day access following the conference to a library of on-demand recordings of breakouts (Minimum of 26 sessions.)  

Can I make changes to my registration information? Please contact our Member Services team to update your registration information.  

Team Attendance

Is there a registration discount for groups or teams? Yes, we offer a 10% registration discount for teams of 5 or more. Please contact Member Services team to register your team. 

Payment

Is there a deadline for registration and payment? While we will accept walk-up registration if space allows, we encourage early registration. Our registration fees are tiered, meaning they increase as we get closer to the conference date. Registering early ensures you take advantage of the lowest available rates. 

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my registration? We understand that things happen. Cancellations more than 5 weeks before the date of the event will incur an administrative charge of 50%. Cancellations within 5 weeks of the date of the event will be charged the full fee. You must notify ISM in writing of a cancellation. To review our terms and conditions, please click here. 

Event Schedule

Is the event schedule available online? Yes, the ISM World 2025 conference schedule can be located here. A detailed schedule is available in December 2024.  

Can I customize my own schedule? Yes, there are various breakout sessions and events offered so that you can enjoy the conference content that is most relevant to you. Each attendee has access to our conference app prior to the event to build out your personal schedule.  

Keep in mind that by registering with the All Access Pass that you will have access to full recordings of  most breakout sessions – including those that you didn’t attend. It’s a great way to choose the content that want to engage in-person to ask questions and engage with attendees and the other sessions you may want to rewatch or missed.  

Are there breaks and networking opportunities scheduled? Yes, from scheduled facilitated networking sessions, breaks and meals, to events such as the Awards Gala and the Networking Event, there will be ample opportunities at ISM World 2025 to build your professional network. You can also engage with fellow attendees leading up to the conference through discussions and one-on-one invitations to connect on the conference mobile app.   

Venue and Accommodation

Where is the conference venue located? The Rosen Shingle Creek is located at 9939 Universal Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32819. This ideal location is also minutes away from Orlando’s world-famous theme parks and attractions.

Are there recommended hotels for attendees? The official conference hotel is the Rosen Shingle Creek.

Speakers and Sessions

Who are the keynote speakers? Information about our speakers can be found on our event page. Be sure to check for updates as we continue to build out the final conference agenda.  

Will presentation materials be available after the conference? All attendees can download presentation decks from the conference mobile app. In addition to the materials, those who register with the Full Access Pass will have access to full recordings of all breakout sessions – including those that you didn’t attend. 

Networking Opportunities

Are there organized networking events? Yes. Various networking events are scheduled. See the agenda to learn more.  

Can I connect with other attendees before the event? Yes, you may connect with other attendees via the conference app, which will be made available several weeks before the event. Additionally, visit our event listing on LinkedIn to connect with other attendees.  

Is there a mobile app for networking? Yes, the ISM Conferences app will be available on both the Apple and Android stores for download. Once you have downloaded it, you may link your LinkedIn profile for easy networking or connect with fellow attendees within the app itself 

Exhibitors and Sponsors

Can I learn more about the exhibitors and sponsors? Yes, information about our sponsors will be listed on our conference website.

Technology and Connectivity

Can I charge my devices during the event? Yes. There are locations where you can charge your device.  

How can I access event materials digitally? Conference materials are available through the conference app.  

Accessibility

Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities? Yes.  

Are there special accommodations available? Yes, ADA rooms are available at the conference hotel.  

How can I request assistance during the event? Any of our conference team members will be happy to help you, they will be wearing conference t-shirts for easy identification. Additionally, feel free to visit our registration desk.  

Dress Code

What is the dress code for the ISM World Conference? Dress for the main conference is business casual. The venue is large, so comfortable shoes are recommended. A style guide is sent to conference attendees in “get ready” communications prior to the event with examples of what to pack and wear at various events within the conference.  

Credentials/Event Badges

What are the rules for ISM event badges? ISM-issued event badges remain the exclusive property of ISM and must be relinquished upon request by ISM representatives. Event badges must be displayed while participating in all conference activities. Badges are non-transferable and may not be shared or exchanged between individuals. Any misuse of an event badge, or any attempt to assist unauthorized individuals in gaining access to the event, will result in immediate expulsion of both the unauthorized individual and the registered attendee. ISM reserves the right to take this action without any obligation to refund registration or any other fees.

Food and Dietary Restrictions

Will meals be provided during the conference? Yes, breakfast and lunch are provided. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and adult or non-alcoholic beverages are provided at the evening events.  

How can I inform the organizers about dietary restrictions? Food is clearly marked to help attendees avoid foods impacting dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, dairy, nut allergies). If you have a restriction, you can contact our Member Services team here so we can notate any requests.  

Are there vegetarian/vegan options available? Yes. We do provide vegetarian options at all provided meals.  

Social Media and Hashtags

Is there an official event hashtag? The official event hashtags are #ISMworld2025 and #WeAreISM 

Can I share my experience on social media? Absolutely! We’d love to connect, so please feel free to tag the ISM social media accounts.  

Post-Event Information

Will there be a post-event survey? Yes, we highly value attendee feedback and a survey will be sent via email post-conference. Your insights are valuable, and we appreciate your taking the time to provide them as we plan our future events.  

How can I access presentation materials after the event? Log into the event app to access the presentation materials.  

Are there plans for future conferences? Yes, the ISM World Conference is a yearly event and the location and dates for ISM World 2026 will be announced at ISM World 2025.
