Chapters are the heart of Institute for Supply Management® (ISM®), proving localized member benefits and networking, as well as university/student engagement. During the coronavirus pandemic, there were reduced opportunities to leverage face-to-face opportunities, and when things opened back up, the challenge for our chapter, ISM—Carolinas-Virginia, was to reignite energy and excitement in our region.
