COVID-19 Survey: Professionals Optimistic Amid Continued Global Supply Chain Disruptions

(June 4, 2021) – As a follow up to survey results released on March 11, 2020, April 14, 2020 and July 20, 2020, today Institute for Supply Management® (ISM®) released its fourth round of dedicated research on COVID-19 impacts on businesses and their supply chains. Insights reflect input gathered by ISM®, primarily from U.S.-based respondents between December 22, 2020 and January 11, 2021.
